I love Pack's Hardware! Sheryl Stang is amazing at what she does and her staff really seem happy and to enjoy their jobs and it makes me want to work there! She makes Pack's fun! I like the cool things she has incorporated on Facebook, like guessing what's new in Pack's forecast to celebrating Easter and Christmas with the public. Keep up the fantastic work Sheryl. Can't wait to start my summer flower gardens.

Pack's remains the best, most helpful hardware store in town. I came in to get supplies to help secure a load. Staff immediately asked me if I needed help when I came through the door and showed me straight to what I needed.They asked me what I needed to secure, and I let them know I was packing up my late father's things to drive them across the country. They offered their condolences and gave me a big hug. I had just had a really awful experience at Ace trying to pick up the Uhaul and the difference in care, attitude, and helpfulness could not be more striking.I had no strong feelings one way or another before and shopped at whichever was easier, but after this, my family and I will only be shopping at Pack's quite intentionally.

Packs has the best garden center and plant selection! They always have the hard to find plants and even offered to place an order for a specific variety I was looking for. Truly appreciate such knowledgeable and helpful customer service. It’s always our first stop of the season!

We’ve purchased multiple trees from various nurseries and stores around Liberty and Smithville, some very pricey and some very reasonable. The trees we purchase at Pack’s always thrive, grow faster and stay healthier than the more expensive nurseries. Also can’t beat being treated the second you walk in the door by Sheryl and Joyce!!

My family and I ALWAYS choose Pack’s for our DIY projects, lawn and garden needs. Not only is the store clean, tidy and easy to navigate, the customer service is top notch! The staff are cheerful, helpful and even remember details from my previous visits. The manager of Pack’s is an energetic, fun lady- the fact that it’s the same happy staff faces shows that she is a mindful and fair leader. I often find myself staying and chatting just because the atmosphere and interactions between customers and staff is fun! Pack’s often has fun events for kids, adults and even pets! I look forward to the spring when the annual and perennial flowers begin to arrive. Pack’s variety and health of plants are high quality. It’s a 10/10 local business for sure!

Every experience my family has when visiting Packs Hardware is positive. Each employee greets you upon entering the store and immediately offers assistance in locating any item you are searching for. Sheryl and her team are amazing. Packs supports the community and encourages participation in events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Family Farm Day, and Ladies Day. Packs supports local small businesses by inviting business owners into the store and showcasing their wares. The staff at Packs goes above and beyond to make your hardware store shopping experience one that ensures you return for all your hardware store needs. Happy to have Packs Hardware in Smithville.
