Excellent experience! Found the truck we needed for work. When I showed up (on the hottest day of the year) they had it up front and ready. It fit our needs and within a few hours the purchase was complete and I was out the door. Jeff Millikan was easy to work with and the whole experience was easy and quick. Thanks for having fair prices so I didn't have to negotiate. Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Beth, at Smithville VictoryAuto did Group after my car was totaled and I had to purchase something else for myself. I spoke with her on the phone about what I was thinking I wanted as well as my price range. Beth was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient in getting me several options quickly. She even sent me videos of a vehicle to show me since I couldn’t get there to see and drive it one day. She answered my calls, returned calls and texts and answered questions before I asked them! Following through and answering/returning calls has proven to be a lost piece of customer service in recent years, so it was such a refreshing relief to experience!
Every person I saw at Smithville Victory Chevrolet was kind, smiling, and friendly. From the mechanics who walked by, to the other salespeople I wasn’t even working with.
Even the last piece of signing paperwork and talking through extra warranties that were available to me was terrific. Cammy , in that department, was just as friendly and honest as she could be. Overall it was a fabulous experience despite the stress of the car wreck and all that goes along with it. I have already referred another person to Beth and Smithville Victory Chevrolet and it’s only been 24 hours. I would definitely return!

If I could give zero stars I would!Aaron, the service manager told me how great my truck runs and how he enjoyed doing a burnout in the parking lot of the dealership in my vehicle when I had it in for service.
Somehow, they have been charging me a reoccurring monthly service fee and when I tried to address this with Scott, he asked me to give him a couple of days and he would get back to me. Seven weeks later, I had to drive to the dealership and speak with Jason the new car sales manager.
Jason made every excuse in the book for his managers behavior for Scott’s behavior and told me that there’s absolutely no way they can do reoccurring charges and I’m on my own as far as reporting it to my bank. The charge on my bank statement clearly states, victory, Chevrolet Plan B service charge, if anyone has been in for service, check your credit card or bank statements. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
I would avoid this place like the plague!
Update: as you can see from the owners response everybody keeps telling me it’s a poorly timed joke. When will any of you men take responsibility for your actions?
Mr. Gentry apparently you’ve never learned this lesson in life. The attitude of your employees is reflected by your leadership.
