I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered. It was delivered by a "new driver" to the wrong area of the funeral home so wasn't at the service. I was told that the order would be cancelled because of this. I didn't see a credit for several days so called and was told they'd "had a flat tire", which didn't match the original story. I said I would take a half credit back since the flowers were received by the family, but still haven't seen that credit after many days. I won't use them again because I simply don't trust them.

Jean's has done a fabulous bouquets every time I have needed one. The ones that have been delivered to me have always be beautiful as well. I highly recommend Jean's if you are needing flowers or gifts.

I called and ordered a plant for delivery on Monday and spoke with Janice who could not figure out how to work the computer. The transaction took over 15 minutes. I called again on Friday to order a mixed floral arrangement for delivery and again, Janice answered the phone. About eight minutes into the transaction, she said, "oh Lord, I don't know what I'm doing", she set the phone down and I could hear her talking with, who I presumed, was the shop owner, only to return to the phone to tell me she would have to call me back. On her return phone call, I stated I wanted flowers in a vivid color palette of red, orange, yellow and purple and specifically stated I wanted roses, star-gazer lilies and spider mums. I wanted something that was extremely cheery that would brighten up a depressing hospital room. That transaction took over 15 minutes. The arrangement arrived and there were no roses, no star-gazer lilies, no spider mums and NO red flowers. The arrangement had sunflowers and gerbera daisies, neither of which I requested. What a frustrating experience and a disappointing flower arrangement. I will NOT engage the services of this shop again.

I was so happy I used Jean’s flowers. We had a loss in our family and wanted our family members favorite flowers to be the focal point (purple gladioli). The flower shop specifically went out of their way to find the flowers for us and they were absolutely stunning!! We also wanted a beautiful poem and they printed out the poem for us and placed it in the flowers. It was such a beautiful process during a difficult time. The family loved the flowers so much, they were bright and cheerful and perfect for celebrating a beautiful persons life!!! I highly recommend Jean’s flowers!!!

I placed an order from out of state and called to check on the status of my delivery. The person on the phone was beyond rude, stating in a disrespectful and inappropriate voice "What's the problem?!" I followed up with my sweet aunt who loves everyone and everything. she said the arrangement looks like it's a Dollar Tree playset. The flowers aren't quality. I'm now sending her a giant bouquet from KCMO.

I am from out of town, ordered $100 arrangement for a funeral. I asked for flowers that will last, carnation, etc. The arrangement was roses. Yes very beautiful but not what ordered. Very disappointed.
