Julie did not show for my appointment. Had appointment for 1:30. Julie was not there and the other stylist sent her a text. No reply. Finally at 2:15 or so she called back and said she forgot???? Then said she had a color to do at 2:30 and could work me in. I said ok and then she said she just couldn't do it and cancelled. Really? I was a new client. Do not recommend. Very flaky.
