It says Casey's, but it ain't.... Avoid this location and go to any other location. Last 10 times I've gone here, they never have slices ready to eat, and icee machine permanently broken... Been trying for 2 years, on to the Shoal Creek location. How does the Smithville location stay in business? Blows my mind...

Got pizza around 4:00 p.m. Saturday, was in and out pretty fast my pizzas fresh out of the oven. There was also more staff and better stocked items than has been in a while, so I'm happy to see this location improving.

Parking: There are parking spots available across the front and on either side of the store.

Called to order, automated order system was terrible. Tried to put a 3rd pizza on my order because I wanted extra cheese. Then when I arrived I expected pizza to almost be done, only had 10 min left from quoted time. One pizza was just put in oven, second wasn’t even made yet. They were out of one topping I wanted. Cook told me he was new, which was not his fault but he made excuses. Did not seem to be trained very well and no one was helping him. He told me he got another order at same time as mine. Two orders is not much in my opinion considering how busy they could be. He was extremely slow. He didn’t know how to cut the pizza either. The pizzas ended up being the worst we’ve ever had. Entire experience from start to finish was a train wreck. Will never order from this store again. Worst service and pizza ever! The one plus was the two cashiers at front that were very nice, apologetic and tried very hard to make it right. The one star is strictly for them.

I went and ordered pizza I had three other people who ordered before me and had been waiting over 2 hours for there pizza there was three workers who had no idea what was going on. They were making pizzas but had no idea why or for what order. They were cutting pizza on a cutting board then putting it on the table to then put in the pizza box one by one. The pizza also did not look to be done the cheese was not melted all the way and still super white

I love Casey’s pizza, but this store is terrible. The last 3 times I have ordered online and been given an estimated pickup time they have not even started making my pizza and told me there are many orders in front of me. I have tried calling ahead before going to the store but they rarely answer the phone. The staff is constantly out smoking beside the store instead of doing their job. It would take less time to drive to the Casey’s further away than wait on this one. They have just started to make my pizza after the third estimated time they gave me, almost an hour after the original estimated pickup time.

Never has anything. Couldn't even pay unless you have tap to pay. Been along time ago I stopped coming to this location because of problems. Thought maybe they got it under control they did not. The manager needs to step up.

This is my first NEGATIVE review i have given. If i could give zero stars i would. I did a pre order to have It done at 5:45 (i placed It around 2:00 pm and when we arrived at 5:45 they said they were short staffed (that’s ok stuff happens) and It would be an additional 45 minutes..We came back 45 minutes later and a young boy was working and had another 6 orders of people waiting and not being helped that had been there for a half hour. The boy wouldn’t talk to anyone and had pizzas sitting getting cold. Finally another half hour later some stranger had to help the boy (she said she worked at another Casey’s) and she helped everyone. Finally got my 4 pizzas and wings home and It was ALL COLD. I will never go back to this Casey’s. The boy who worked didn’t speak to anyone. Don’t waste ur money on this one.

We did not get (delivered) the pizza we ordered so we called and they said they would deliver us a new one as ordered..after waiting for 2 hours we finally heated up the first pizza they delivered. The new pizza never did show up..Update: Next day my wife visited the store and asked for a refund,,which at first they immediately agreed to…then was told that we ordered using the Casey’s app and they used door-dash and we would have to take it up with them…they even admitted they gave our pizza to another customer. So we called door-dash and they agreed to refund cost of pizza but we still had to pay door-dash delivery fee?? Very disappointing they would not take responsibility for their screw-up…anyway we are done with Casey’s..this is not the first time they messed up our order but will be the last..

stopped in for a bite, the pepperoni pizza looked and then tasted awesome, grabbing from the roundie roo to get to work in a hurry, the store was busy but fast, grabbing a Mt. Dew with ice in addition, the staff seemed friendly as well. reading other reviews about bad experiences make no since, you cannot beleive everything folks write. being newer to the area of Smithville, was glad to see a Caseys, the competition sells pizza, but not a good flavour, Caseys for the win.
