I had a delivery problem due my physical shipping address being closed for several days. Postal employees were helpful in getting my order transferred to my PO Box.

I came home from work to find our mailbox open and our mail was blown into our neighbors yards! Our postal worker is getting bad about not closing our mailbox. I understand they are busy but it doesn't take a second to make sure the box is closed.
