I have had multiple returns to Amazon., Zappos, and Macys. Where I drop off the package depends on what is most convenient. I’ve used Ups Store in Poplar Bluff, Cape, Sikeston and Mail n More in Dexter. The only problem I’ve ever is from the Sikeston location. Every time I drop of a return at the Sikeston Mo UPS store- the merchandise never gets scanned to leave the store. This is not just a one time occurrence. This is multiple times. I get a receipt when I drop the package off. Two or three days later I tracked that tracking number and it there’s no indication that that tracking number ever left the store. I wait a couple weeks track the number again there’s no indication the tracking number ever left the Sikeston store. I contact the company to inform them of the problem luckily since I drop the packages off and I’ve got proof that I drop the packages off at the UPS store in Sikeston Missouri I still get credit for the merchandise. I do believe the employees at that Sikeston UPS store are stealing merchandise and not returning it to the companies . I hope that you are use the UPS store in Sikeston Missouri at your own risk. Be sure to get a receipt for the merchandise I hope other people have better luck with them then I have had. I have had five or six returns that I have dropped off at that location that never get returned to the merchant. The UPS tracking number never shows that it went out the door at Sikeston Missouri and never got returned to the merchant.

Yesterday August 19, 2021 was not an unusual day for our experience at the UPS STORE IN SIKESTON, MISSOURI. The atmoshere was nothing different from all the time joyful happy with an interest in helping the customer as their priority. When you walk through the door you always here one of them with what I call a true greeting. From your postal, designing, printing needs and other things these folks are there to complete those needs quickly, politely always with as smile. Give them a chance and you will see why we have used the UPS 3054 in Sikeston for many years.
