“My family and I were traveling from Illinois to Tennessee last Saturday and we stopped for gas right off the interstate in Charleston. My car wouldn't start and had to be jumped at the pump, and then it wouldn't move past 20mph. So we parked the car and started making phone calls to local mechanics. A lot of places were already closed and one gentleman that answered the phone explained that most people in the area were already gone for the weekend and he said that we would likely have a hard time getting anybody to help us until Monday morning. Of course that was unacceptable to me so I continued making phone calls and that led me to Jeremy at FTW Mechanix. He said most of his guys were gone for the day but he was getting ready to make a run to Kentucky and he would stop on his way back to take a look at the car and see if there was anything he could do. We knew we would be there for the night so we got a room and hung out. Sure enough, he showed up exactly when he said he would and plugged his computer into the car and made the best educated guess he could as to what was wrong with my car which was likely a bad battery and possibly a bad clamp. The next morning, we took it to an auto parts store to have the battery tested and, sure enough, it was a bad battery. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Jeremy for helping us out that night! He went above and beyond and helped us out when he really didn't have to but we are so grateful that he did. He's definitely a stand-up guy and if I lived in the area I would recommend him to everyone I know. It's really nice to know there's still good people in this world that are willing to help out their fellow man. Thanks again Jeremy!”

“They definitely took care of our vehicle, very good people. Christian was very polite and went out of his way to help me make an informed decision. He was very knowledgeable. The manager and all the employees deserve a raise. Will for sure be taking my vehicles here from now on. My only complaint is that the computer system they used crashed and delayed the check out process, but that isn't on the employees there. That's a corporate issue. So thank you to all who worked on my vehicle.”
