Both times I've been in there they have got me in and out incredibly fast. Very professional. In fact I couldn't figure out how to make the experience any better either time. Traci is my go to person for any questions, needs, or to buy something for my phone. I used to live in Sikeston but moved. The workers in my area are so disrespectful. She's a great store Manager. Helps me transfer information from one phone to the next when we do upgrades. Their products are great! I have 3 phone lines, home internet, and 2 tablets! Well, now 3 tablets, because she talked me into the new Samsung 5G tablet. I absolutely love the new tablet! If you ever need good service and great customer service go see Traci. She will hook you up!”

“I was in the store on 2/17/24 to get help with a new phone setup. Vann was the employee who helped me and there aren't enough words to express how helpful, intelligent and patient he was. He has the greatest upbeat attitude and answered all of my questions, gave me tips and advice I would have never known about otherwise. When I left the store, my phone was setup, etc. and everything about Vann made my experience with the Boost Mobile store very positive.
