Michelle is a wonderful agent very helpful answers all of our questions we have. Very considerate with family loss we had very sympathetic just a very lovely person. She has been our agent for the last 3 or 4 years and I would not want anyone else. A big shout out to you Michelle thank you very much for everything you do for our family.

Yall are as worthless as tits on a bore. I have been over a month trying to get you to send Insurance cards to me. Yall always say it's the mail, but I seem to get the bill monthly. If I have a question, yall always say you will get back, but never ever do. I'm tired of yall acting like we don't matter. So we will be looking around for different Insurance.

5 stars for this St. Farm office. Just got done talking with my agent Michelle Heisserer and she helped me with my car and house insurance. She really cares that I'm fully covered and took the time to explain everything. Definitely recommend Michelle.

State Farm is a great company. Rates are amazing, staff is You may not know what's all included in your coverage, so it's always nice to hear from the company. Michelle reached out and went over my coverage and also informed me of everything they offer. Which was nice to know, because I have other insurances other places. Now I know that I can have everything I need from one company is amazing.
