  Today is April 11, 2024. My package was delivered today at 2:07 on Lexington Ave in Cape Girardeau. It weighed 100 lbs.!!! That nice man put it in my truck for me!   The worse shipper in the united states, takes 5 days to deliver a package 200 miles away, you never know where they might drop your package off at, neighbors another town you never know. The worst customer service in the world best to deliver your packages on your own. Definitely use ups or even usps

  My package never arrives on time because they can’t verify my address. No one else has a problem with this. Don’t understand why they can’t call and get directions. Call the 800 number and the person barely speaks English. So frustrated with Fed Ex in Sikeston!! They need to publish a local phone number.
