Traci is my go to person for any questions, needs, or to buy something for my phone. I used to live in Sikeston but moved. The workers in my area are so disrespectful. She's a great store Manager. Helps me transfer information from one phone to the next when we do upgrades. Their products are great! I have 3 phone lines, home internet, and 2 tablets! Well, now 3 tablets, because she talked me into the new Samsung 5G tablet. I absolutely love the new tablet! If you ever need good service and great customer service go see Traci. She will hook you up!”
“I bought a new Smart Samsung Washer and Dryer here, or online through here during the Labor Day weekend sale. I've not actually met, nor spoken with an employee at this time, but they did specially order my set that they didn't have. I will update my experience with them more later, but give them??for now. ? Here's the update! Totally amazing. Great customer service experience. Delivery guys were great. Set up everything quickly, tested it for leaks, and were funny too. Love the Washer & Dryer! ❤️ ? ?
