I can't say enough good about this shop. Two months of struggling with an issue and five other shops who did nothing but take my money and send me on my way with the same problem. The folks in Sikeston listened to the symptoms that I explained. In less than one shift, they had the problem diagnosed and went to work on it. They kept me informed of what was being done and the progress made. The work was done in a timely manner and done thoroughly. If you are tired of shops giving you the run around and just taking your money, go visit the folks in Sikeston, Mo. I'd give them a 100 star review if possible. Thank you Sikeston Cummins for getting my baby healthy again! You guys rock!

We broke down on the main road and Cummins in Sikeston was the closest place to limp our van to. I was just trying to see if I could tell what the problem was and figured I would have to be towed, but the Cummins staff went above and beyond. They diagnosed the problem, and even fixed our van that day since they had time! They got us back on the road in a couple hours instead of my family being broke down an hour from home. Cummins of Sikeston was a huge blessing to us.

I didn't know how to give a minus star review, as I am hesitant to even give a one star. We were on the road when the Service Engine light came on. Seeing as we have a Cummins motor, we called this office, only to be told they don't work on motorhomes and hung up the phone not allowing us to explain. Well, what do we do now. We called JSH Truck & Trailer Repair/Towing who came to the rescue. If you want service, I can only give JSH Truck & Repair a 5 star referral for their service. We have dealt with other Cummins dealers in the past with first class service and without the rudeness we experienced by this branch.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Stayed in their parking lot on a Sunday night. They got to us first thing Monday morning and cleared the codes. We didn't have any remaining problems and went on our way. 2018 40 ft MH. Thanks again!!

This place is awesome. Traveling across the country, being a woman. Alone, needed a toggle switch for my radiator fan. This place helped me out! No one else would. Then didn't even charge me for it. So totally awesome! There really is good people left in this world! Thanks cummins, you got me to my destination. So grateful to you.

Great Techs! Jeff was our certified Cummins Tech. He the time to explain everything to us about our RV generator. Plus, great staff and great customer serve. Dog friendly. Superb waiting area complete with lounge chairs, TV and free sodas! Highly recommend this company! THANK YOU!
