If I could give this store a zero I would went in on 4/2/24 to upgrade vann H was the one that helped me terrible customer service I was told one price on the phone when I get there it’s a completely different price which is whatever then he tells me the all phones automatically come with insurance and a free case and screen protector so I told him nicely that we didn’t need any of that just wanted the phone and that insurance is completely optional then he just randomly grabbed a case and put it on my phone and said no charge I had to fight to get my receipt because he said I didn’t need that part finally got the receipt and he charged me for all the stuff I told him I didn’t want he literally just made his own kind of bundle and charged me for it he claims he’s training there to go to the bluffs please keep him there longer or train him the correct way do not recommend this store at all

I was in the store on 2/17/24 to get help with a new phone setup. Vann was the employee who helped me and there aren't enough words to express how helpful, intelligent and patient he was. He has the greatest upbeat attitude and answered all of my questions, gave me tips and advice I would have never known about otherwise. When I left the store, my phone was setup, etc. and everything about Vann made my experience with the Boost Mobile store very positive. Vann deserves a raise for all of his hard work and I hope the company truly appreciates and recognizes how lucky they are to have Vann as an employee.

My daughter , Makala McWhirter , works at this place and can pretty much switch any phone plan to Boost Mobile . So if you are just out and about , or in hurry ; stop by and you will have no worries . Ty

Not only have I had boost mobile I also used to work there. Awful service pretty much everywhere in Sikeston decent in cape. Trained to lie about goal cost to sell accessories so I wouldn’t personally trust any amount unless you see the screen. Don’t know who is working at the boost store in Sikeston now but before the manager was awful. Honestly go anywhere else but boost.

Erica was awesome helping me get my new phone, and transferring all my stuff to my new phone. She was so nice, and explained everything step she made. She's a hell off a sales person she should be a car salesman. And she's pretty cute

It was okay when I went there this this last time I didn't like the fact that I paid $27 for this Wi-Fi hotspot weather I don't like it 35g lights go by so quick and it's not worth your $27 so I wouldn't buy I wouldn't recommend it to the right
