My only complaint is that the computer system they used crashed and delayed the check out process, but that isn't on the employees there. That's a corporate issue. So thank you to all who worked on my vehicle.”
“McClains got me in right away on a Saturday morning to get my oil changed. Watched the whole process which was cool to see. The mechanics were friendly and even took the time to show me how to reset my maintenance notifications in my car. Very fair price for full synthetic! Will be back for routine oil changes!”

I was in my personal auto, a 2005 Tundra, and coming out of a store I found my battery absolutely dead.
Scott was parked next to me and seeing my hood raised offered to help.
Though surely his work day was over, he went and fetched a jump box and stuck with me untill I could head to a parts store and purchase a new battery, and would not accept any gratuity for the "overtime" he put in helping a complete stranger.
I know folks will complain when they think something is bad. I just wanted you to know that I have met one of your best. Thanks for having exceptional employees like Scott.”

“My family and I were traveling from Illinois to Tennessee last Saturday and we stopped for gas right off the interstate in Charleston. My car wouldn't start and had to be jumped at the pump, and then it wouldn't move past 20mph. So we parked the car and started making phone calls to local mechanics. A lot of places were already closed and one gentleman that answered the phone explained that most people in the area were already gone for the weekend and he said that we would likely have a hard time getting anybody to help us until Monday morning. Of course that was unacceptable to me so I continued making phone calls and that led me to Jeremy at FTW Mechanix. He said most of his guys were gone for the day but he was getting ready to make a run to Kentucky and he would stop on his way back to take a look at the car and see if there was anything he could do. We knew we would be there for the night so we got a room and hung out. Sure enough, he showed up exactly when he said he would and plugged his computer into the car and made the best educated guess he could as to what was wrong with my car which was likely a bad battery and possibly a bad clamp. The next morning, we took it to an auto parts store to have the battery tested and, sure enough, it was a bad battery. I just wanted to say thank you so much to Jeremy for helping us out that night! He went above and beyond and helped us out when he really didn't have to but we are so grateful that he did. He's definitely a stand-up guy and if I lived in the area I would recommend him to everyone I know. It's really nice to know there's still good people in this world that are willing to help out their fellow man. Thanks again Jeremy!”

The folks in Sikeston listened to the symptoms that I explained. In less than one shift, they had the problem diagnosed and went to work on it. They kept me informed of what was being done and the progress made. The work was done in a timely manner and done thoroughly. If you are tired of shops giving you the run around and just taking your money, go visit the folks in Sikeston, Mo. I'd give them a 100 star review if possible.
