I've not actually met, nor spoken with an employee at this time, but they did specially order my set that they didn't have. I will update my experience with them more later, but give them??for now. ? Here's the update! Totally amazing. Great customer service experience. Delivery guys were great. Set up everything quickly, tested it for leaks, and were funny too. Love the Washer & Dryer! ❤️ ? ? Would order, buy, or rent to own from them again if ever needed.”
