The worst place in southeast mo to rent a unit. Can't pay rent will not return calls and by the time Kim returns your calls she's already cut you your lock sold your contents people beware.She refuses give to give the companies name that owns the place. So what does tell u about her business ethics.

Sad, how the new lady came in just doing stuff n not giving a person the benefit of doubt. Stuff got put in a empty unit. She just didn't have a heart around the holiday n had sme one clean stuff out of storage in 2 weeks. Me n my kids have no clothes, all of our important stuff is in there. She told me I lied about being homeless n I could of easy drop 20 dollars in the box. I'm so hurt about this. But I'm still renting a storage from them. She could of at least gave a chance. This all happen with 2 weeks time.

I am clearing out my unit. I have auto payment. I have tried calling them many times. They have bogus phone number. No address fir an office. I sent many messages on their website. No response. I guess I will get my lawyer to take care of this. Do not rent from them. They have no customer service at all.

Their units are clean and nice they're real friendly people the only downside that I've found with them is whenever you need to get a hold of them it's hard to get a hold of them because they're mailbox seems to always be full and here it is rent time again and I'm trying to get ahold of them so that I can change my credit card because of due to the fact that my wallet had got stolen I can't get a hold of nobody so I will incur a late charge I'm sure because nobody's answering their phone and nobody's emptying messages

Thank you for understanding! Due to this Pandemic I had to move and had to rent a Unit. I ended up needing it longer then planed and had trouble paying due to not working. This was during the change to new owners which really had me scared I would lose mine and my kids stuff. But The new owners worked with me and helped me by understanding! Thank you for caring more for the people who you rent to the the money they pay you! ??

So I downloaded aa storage app. After paying rent. I never received notice of rent due. Went to obtain my possessions. Low an behold. My lock been replaced. Really ppl. No notice. So right away I go to the office to pay monies owed. My opinion. Send out a email or post something on your app.

Units are nice and clean and that's the only reason I'm giving a higher rating of two...the website is a hassle to navigate, especially if you don't want insurance on your stuff. There is hardly anyone in the office so when you go in person to pay bill or rent unit, plan to make multiple trips. Also if you are one day late they slap the master lock on but are in no hurry to take it off when your bill is paid. I am on day two of no access to my unit after bill being paid. Go to call to see when they plan on taking their lock off and as usual, no on in office to answer phone. They are definitely affordable, but you get what you pay for I guess, but having common courtesy and sense when working a business shouldn't have to be paid for.

nice neat clean well kept storage units prices are affordable its also gated for more protection great area to use with no worries of thieves etc im a pleased customer.
