Everything that could have been wrong went wrong. Customer service was unprofessional, had to wait months, kept changing appointment for personal reasons, technician admitted he didn’t know what he was doing... inept doesn’t even begin to describe this company from start to finish. I would rather switch security systems that to leave my families safety in the hands of this company!
