The two ladies that were working there on 6/21/2020 at 3 pm were unprofessional and rude! Customer service was non existent! I Had to go to Shelbina Casey’s to get my pizzas! Shelbyville Casey’s has lost a customer who gets about 5 pizzas a week, fuel, and other stuff. I’m glad to take my service to Shelbina from now on. The coolers were not stocked and the place needed cleaned!

Just because of the location, Casey's gets 5 Stars. This is out in the sticks area! Not much around. Probly great steakhouse just across street. Crane's Farmhouse. Apparently closed now. One great review though.

They have the BEST sweet tea!! I’ve tried sweet tea at other Casey’s, and at other gas stations, but Shelbyville has the best! Clean environment, and friendly people as well.

Casey's in Shelbyville is an oasis for the after 5:00 pm consumer. The pizza is surprisingly good for a convenience retailer. The DVD selection will do fine in a pinch. The people at the cash register are always pleasant. Thanks Casey's!
