Use this post office near daily as I have an online business. They are always super helpful with deciding to go with flat-rate boxes or not, what amount to insure packages for, etc. From spending so much time here the employees deal with an exorbitant amount of rude people and are still extremely nice (even to patrons that certainly don’t deserve it)

Postal carrier is to lazy to knock on the door for a signature even though people are obviously home. Instead all we get is a pink slip that stated we needed to come to the post office to sign for it.

Had an issue with a package getting lost and I made an inquiry on the USPS website which I figured with get lost in translation somewhere. About two hours later, Russ from the USPS here called me letting me know he was tracking down my package and gave me updates. Super friendly and nice and helped me out a bunch! And he located my package!

Love this little post office! The staff here is so friendly. Most times I will drive out of my way to use this post office rather than the one in Rogersville, because the customer service is so much better!

This is my first experience with this post office but I can tell by far it's the worst post office I know of. I have had a package sitting there since 7:56 a.m. August 13th 2021 and it is still sitting there as of August 16th 2021. This is absolutely ridiculous and sounds like someone's not doing their job.

The mail runs extremely late on most days. I have had packages missing, opened and things taken, and they are also very careless. I have witnessed the mail worker drop my package on my porch and heard the glass in the package break and seen her run back downstairs to her car and ignored me as I called out for her. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.

I have been in twice and had nothing but professional, courteous service. The carrier has had to overcome the USPS changing my mail to the wrong address (online service....) additionally several businesses just randomly drop off half the address but somehow they keep making it happen.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Carriers seem to be all contracted now. They don't have to even shut the mail box. Mine keeps leaving it open and mail has gone missing, found by neighbor down the street, and it rained hard one day and several pieces (one a license plate renewal) floating in the ditch. I went to the post office and they told me they are contracted now and per their "contract" they only have to make one attempt to shut it and even at that they only (the postal employee made a motion of 1 finger flipping the door up) have to "reasonable try" to shut it. No wonder everyone in town is going to a PO box! I'm in process of doing that because they won't deliver downtown either. You must have a mailbox they can drive up to no hand deliveries. No bell ring for packages either. I think they are "helping" you into renting a PO box so they can make a profit and not use postal carriers very much.
