My experience as a customer here was absolutely wonderful. Jason Kohl went out of his way to ensure my family and I had a good experience while car shopping. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, which made the process easy and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Jason and the rest of the staff enough. It's obvious that they truly care about the experience of each customer that comes through their door.

Spent $5,000 here on unnecessary work, they made the vehicle worse and then claimed it was operating normally since it wouldn’t throw any codes. They fired the service manager and writer then the new one did the same thing. The transmission was fine, they put in a new one and now it slips horribly at highway speeds they refused to fix it saying it operates as designed. Never go here. Absolute scam of a “business” horrible horrible place. We paid $5,000 for them to make our car worse. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT give them your business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are out of business or shutdown soon for operating how they are.

They were not very helpful or optimistic about helping me trouble shoot my vehicle when I brought it in for service. I would only bring your vehicle there for basic services like oil changes or brakes because they don’t like to do much more than that. The attitude and unwillingness to work on my vehicle was very surprising.

Bought a 22 Nissan kicks for my daughter and somewhat of a rush purchase. Paid slightly more than I was comfortable, but I did no haggling in the fact that they gave us a key that night and helped us out of the situation. Price wise I was content and satisfied.Only dissatisfaction I had was when we purchased the car it only had one key fob, sales person said to purchase a second one and they would program it for me. When I called to schedule for key fob programming, I was told that likely it would not work and that I would have to pay $129 to find out if it would. Kind of felt like the integrity was lost from the original promise to program for free if I bought a key fob as well I felt like I was getting set up to have to purchase their key fob, which was not presented at the time of purchase.

While I loved the entire staff at Stephanie Morris. They were so funny and charming, the Seller Jason was the best. Not only did he come from behind his desk, he greeted me and my friend at the front door. Jason made my experience comfortable from the moment I sat in his office. He found the confidence that I could not find. He never wavered and sent me home in my first brand new car EVER! THANK YOU JASON! I SEE GREAT THINGS IN YOUR FUTURE AT STEPHANIE MORRIS NISSAN! I bought a new 2023 Nissan Armada Platinum from Jason Kohl and the experience was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. The drive was worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

After you purchase your vehicle from them, the service drops drastically. No one will answer your calls to answer your questions. Oil change pricing and timing is frustrating as well! If I could, I would go to any other Nissan dealer.**Update**Had a very nice lady contact me about all of my questions and concerns. She did a fantastic job addressing all of my issues and made it right. I'm updating the score of 1 star to 3 star. Just because it shouldn't take a google review to have someone contact you back after leaving mutiple messages.

A few mishaps here and there but over all I'm happy and I will buy another vehicle from them in the future. If you are looking for looking to buy a vehicle I strongly encourage any to go there and look to see what they have. Martian was my sales guy. Great guy and awesome sense of humor. If he is there when I'm looking to buy again he's the guy I will be going to. Over all they made very happy with the deal and fixing the vehicle problems right away and gave me a loaner while they were working on mine

Just purchased my dream car here and I have never had a better experience buying a car. JP and Carter were absolutely wonderful and got me a stellar deal. Also, won a new TV! I would totally recommend them to anyone in the future.

Got completely skrewed by CM and really needed a reliable vehicle so that I can support my family. I am a disabled military veteran with three tiny humans that require me to take care of them. And Mr. Pina and the people at Stephanie Morris sure took care of me. I now am the proud owner of a new (to me) Nissan Pathfinder. Thank you a million!

Had 2 experiences with this company within a couple of months. First I received a voucher they said I'd be approved, yet wasn't. Then tried again a few months later, was approved. Got the car in November. Find out I'm not the owner, my bf is. We are now into January we have yet to receive a title or lien release to get it registered. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It's all lies and fraud. My bf now has a car that is sitting because we can't get it registered.

I have to tell you I live an hour away from this dealership, I called all information in and by time I arrived most of paperwork was done. I am on fixed income and it was not a problem they worked hard and fast to get me in a car … I was able to drive off lot the same day. Everyone was so nice from the time I walked in till the minute I left. Corey was a very young professional man who stayed with me till the last part of the paperwork.. I recommend them to anyone..
