“Jim’s is the way to go. I live local and when I do any kind of service to the tires, regardless if it’s on my passenger vehicles or my semi, I go to Jim’s shop. Now truth be told that if I’m in a hurry for something and Jim’s doesn’t have the tire I need, which is very rare, I will try and find the tire or tires else where. I won’t get into the whole story of losing two tires on the road but when I came back home, I visited the shop and showed them all of the receipts with my spendings, and Kraig is the one I was talking to truly cares about his costumers covered some of the spendings that I initially had to go through. I am in support of a local business at all times. When you visit Jim’s, you will NOT be disappointed! I hope that their business continues to prosper and that their relationship to their customer will only be increasing in a positive way. God bless.
Small edit. If Jim’s would go strictly by their policy, then some of my expenses would not be covered. Kraig stepped over all of that and had done a great deal of good will. When I walked in with my receipts, I didn’t know what to expect and truthfully wasn’t expecting much what so ever. But the way things went in a conversation with Kraig truly amazed me. Glad to have people like that in our town!”
