A+ to the entire team! After hitting a deer on my way to work the W-K team was super helpful in creating an estimate for my auto insurance, ordering parts, giving me a loaner car to drive and most important, putting my vehicle back together and looking sharp...all in a matter of 2 weeks time. They were accommodating in every way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Had a 4 week wait for my scheduled appointment. After dropping my car off, WK had my truck for over a week with no updates. When I called to see if it was ready they informed me that it was only half finished and that they were waiting for more parts to arrive, and stated they are unable to estimate the arrival of the remaining parts or estimated time of service completion. I have no idea why this company would have me drop my truck off for repair when they were unprepared. The company should have taken the initiative to call the customer to reschedule the appointment if they knew the service would not be performed in a timely manner. I’ve now been without transportation for over a week, a major inconvenience, with no end in sight. Extremely poor customer service or concern.Service: Body & Trim
