I picked W-k because of my past business with their organization. Faron Plumber went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for. Their business office worked with me to make sure I was taken care of when it came to my financing. I have done business with these people before and will continue doing business with them for all my future transportation needs.

Shaun in sales was awesome! He got us in exactly what we were looking for, and gave us top dollar for our trade, Chris the sales manager made it all flow and go easy as well. Pam, the business manager got the lowest interest rate possible especially with how high the rates are. Well under the current rates. Planning to be back to buy another one from Shaun and the crew soon!

Typical used car salesperson experience with Shaun.....I had been working with Faron with an online KBB purchase. I made an appointment at a particular date/time. I verified that the offer made through KBB for my 2011 Toyota Camry was going to be the accurate amount paid for my vehicle.Faron sent me a message the morning of my scheduled appointment. He reported he was ill and Shaun would handle the deal when I arrived at the scheduled time. Shaun said he really didn't know what was happening. Shaun said he would have his manager look at my car.The offer from the manager was almost $900 less than the KBB offer that Faron said would be paid!! I took extra time out of my day, had my husband drive his vehicle to bring me home, and the deal was not what Faron said it would be. It took three men to look at my car to offer $900 less than what Faron had said it would be. Avoid this dealership for any kind of sale through KBB and especially if you are a female!

Very awesome service! Best dealer I’ve been to. Nobody likes sitting all day at a dealership. I didn’t know how I was going to get to work. Transmission went out on my clunker. I did paperwork online and Shaun got a hold of me through text. We mostly texted back and forth and after a while he told me he got me approved for a 2016 Nissan Rogue! I drove it off the lot the next day! If you are looking for a ride ask for Shaun and Pam in financing is awesome too. Very friendly people!
