I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox at the end of September from them and within 24hrs it had to be towed to a mechanic. Got it back and within a week back to the shop it went. I am now.currently stranded in Pueblo, CO because it just died and will not start. I paid good money for a vehicle that I could depend on to get my kids around and go to work. I've put over $200 into replacing sensors, trying to get it to run and nothing! Taylor Car Connection you sold me a lemon and I WILL be contacting a lawyer!

Nice people and I hate to leave this review, but I am very disappointed. The car I bought had some serious issues. I bought the car AS IS but was assured the car had been thoroughly inspected as he had a man who did his inspections and was very reliable. After only having the car a few days a huge leak formed under the car. I called them and they made an appointment for me to take the car to a mechanic to get repaired. I did and the mechanic said the repairs were made. When I got the car home I was looking at the back end and the rear tire on passenger side had cords showing. This wasn't seen on the lot as it had to be sitting just right. The tires all looked real good except for this one and it was hard to see on the far inside. After looking at the tires I saw that the bad tire was the same brand but one size up.I ordered four new tires. The car had a recall so I took it to Ford and had recall fixed, tires mounted and balanced, and wanted alignment done. Alignment couldn't be done as there was tie rod issues. They said car wouldn't pass inspection. I said it already had. The dealer gave me a slip and I had already licensed the car. Well it shouldn't have passed and you should get it fixed ASAP.I drove car home and took it to a home town mechanic. He said the same thing and ordered parts. While sitting there the leak started up again. When he tore into it he said it wasn't fixed right. The other shop just put a seal in and without a bushing and a new shaft the seal would just get ate up and wouldn't last. My guy fixed the leak and two bad water leaks. The repairs were costly but should have been caught if the car had had a through inspection. When I call Taylor's I was told I needed to go back to the person who did the inspection. He couldn't help it these things weren't found. Nothing was said about the oil leak not being fixed either. They knew I was buying the car to be driven back and forth from here to Ohio and it would have been a bad deal to tried to do that with the car as it was. This is not the first used car I have bought, but it is the first one I have bought that was in an unsafe condition.

Wow is all I can say! I don't think Mark could have possibly been more rude over the phone if he tried! I honestly don't know how he EVER sells a car. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this guy if it was the last car dealership on earth. We were absolutely treated like garbage. I can't even imagine how poor his customer service is after the sale.

Bought a 2008 Ford Escape on 05/27/2021. First problem there was an oil change sticker on windshield issued on 05/24/2021 so I thought great it’s had an oil change… FAKE!!! Oil light came on there was NO oil in it. Had to put 3 quarts in just for it to show on dipstick! Radiator cap was off with little fluid in it. Had to fill that! Front bumper was rigged probably by superglue to hide all the cracks and breaks in it and clips are gone holding it on. There is alot of rust all over it which was trying to also be disguised! And than I noticed it pulling to the right when breaking and had a metallic burning smell. Had to have front breaks, rotators and left front caliper replaced. How it passed inspection at Warehouse Tire??? Must be a $20 inspection place!! Obviously a place that is all about making money off people and no regard for the customer!! $4950 may not be alit of money to them but it was to me! Lesson learned!!!!!
