I was at Staples in Sedalia looking for 2025 Planners. They had several to choose from. I purchased four to see which one would work for the office. The next day I returned three of the four. Returning these three planners with no hassle. Amazing customer service.

Sad to see a once, back in time, "power house giant" of a specialty store fall so far. It's a telling thing nowadays to see maybe 2 or 3 cars in a parking lot capable of room for 40-50, (assuming 2 for employees, and maybe 1 customer.)--- All I know is out of 3 or 4 trips there, for what I would consider normal items, the only time I was successful was a riem of notebook filler paper.The other times -- if represented at all, was just empty product pegboard hooks.

Just went in to get a handicap tag laminated...there was 4 cars in the parking lot and i was told they had to take my name and phone number and call me back when they are done because it would take 3 or 4 hours!!! 3 hours!?!! Never coming back here for anything!!! Probably why there is only 4 cars in the parking lot!!!

Shawna and her team are amazing, customer service at its finest! They are helpful, energetic, kind, and appear to enjoy their job. What a refreshing change of pace.

I have had to go 44 miles times 2 for 4 sheets of paper I took in to have a color copy made! This is insane. I'm an older person and this is crazy. Will not do again!!!

I went into staples tonight with high anxiety of getting important paperwork printed. I have never had an issues with the self service printer, but this time I did. Anna was able to help me and ease all the anxiety I was feeling. She even took the extra few minutes to help me walk thru how to troubleshoot the printing issue for the next time if it ever happened again. I cat say it enough thank you Anna for the excellent customer service you gave me this evening.

I really like this store. When I was a kid, they had really cool school supplies and backpacks. Other stores have become more competitive now, but Staples still has some really neat stuff.

I came in on a wing and a prayer today. My printer/scanner that I had bought from Staples (3+ years ago) with a 4 year warranty from Square Trade had died. I called Square Trade who gave me a huge run around and told me I would have to have the machine fixed 3 times before they would consider replacing it. The printer sounded like it was chewing up gravel. I knew it wasnt fixable and honestly lugging this massive thing around was not something I could even physically do. So we took the warranty slip and the printer to the store just to see what could be done. Within a few minutes Kyle had my warranty processed and my refund on my card. I found another printer/scanner and am back in business. I was also told they no longer use Square Trade but have a much better company now. All this to say this is actually the second time I have had to do this and I have had amazing service from management in resolving the issue each time. Thanks guys! So appreciated not having to deal with the run around. And it really does pay to buy the warranty when you use an item as much as I do AND actual in person customer service cant be beat.
