I get you can't always compete with online retailers. But when Skechers page shows lower price by like $10 and with shipping entwined. It's still cheaper to buy direct. I raise an eyebrow. Ended up just buying the shoes direct. Always do your research before making a purchase

ZERO stars for the Sedalia Missouri Store - bought a pair of tennis shoes, they were the most uncomfortable shoes ever - took them back to exchange or return. The manager was rude, unprofessional and refused to take care of me. Will NEVER be back and suggest that this store learn how to treat customers with more kindness. Just awful - it’s sad how customers are treated these days.

I called to ask the date I bought my husband's shoes so I could get refunded through the shoe manufacturer for defects in the shoes coming completely apart after only a month, and the manager lady on the phone was rude. She put me on hold and never came back. I called again and she hung up immediately and then when I called for the third time she said " no receipt no refund." I wasn't asking her for a refund, I wanted the date of purchase so I could get the refund through Sketchers.... she clearly is not management material and I will take all of my business to the online manufacturer directly from now on instead of helping fund her job that she clearly does not do.

I always find what I'm looking, in my size (8.5 men's wide), at Shoe Sensation. I like that they carry a good selection of brands, including Brooks brand, my favorite running shoes. They have a decent selection of styles in wide width.They also have a good Skechers selection. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They leave you to browse if that's what you want but they're also there if you have questions. They have a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere to shop in.
