“Well don't come after 10PM because the gate closes and you can't get in and I found out the hard way, I had a load of stuff and I had to jump the fence to put the code in on the other side so it would open and we got a call the next day to not do that again or they will call the law but other than that it seems like a pretty good storage place”

“Originally gave this business 1 star. We didn't know that they had a 30-day notice policy and we were charged for a whole month on a vacated unit; we would have given notice if we had known. When we called, the person handling their calls was dismissive and rude, despite the fact that I had been told that the owner would be contacted to see if something could be worked out. I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau, and in a matter of a few short days the owner refunded the money to us. I appreciate that it was resolved, but I am disappointed with how the situation was handled. I don't think I should have had to go to the BBB to get this resolved. We also found dead mice in our items.”
