I agree that the customer service lacks in the service department. No inclination to find a solution. I got there and there was no greeting. The guys at the customer service acted like I was interrupting his day. He said do you have an appointment I said yes and that I have a service agreement. He took my keys and went inside and didn’t ask me to come with him so I waited. He didn’t come out so I went inside. So he finally said what is your address. Then once I gave it to him, he walked out and I felt like I was a lost puppy following this guy who isn’t acknowledging me. I said hey I need to tell you that there’s this system check that keeps popping up and he said well today is oil change and we can schedule you another time. He didn’t want to know what the problem was and he was just very dismissive. I said ok well what happens if my car stops working and he said you would have to call your tow truck, I said I’m sorry I don’t have a tow truck. He said well you’d have to call a tow truck to get it here. That didn’t make me feel good at all. So then I asked will you just be calling me. He said yes. Before I left with my husband, I was thinking well did he find the agreement and how is he suppose to call me? So I went back in and said do you have my number? To which he responds I can’t find your service agreement and point to the sign and says so that’s how much you’ll have to pay. I’m like no we won’t be doing that! I just said I have a service agreement, so why not have a little motivation to ask someone if you don’t know instead of telling me I’m going to pay something I’m entitled to! It’s an AGREEMENT!!!!! I looked up my agreement and called the Lincoln dealership that sold me my car and from sales to service they remember who I am from four months ago and calmed me down and discussed what the service light might be and that they would be emailing me my service agreement to show the dealership and that they should know. Well this guy obviously doesn’t know AND doesn’t care, it’s one thing not to know but it’s another not to care! I’m extremely disappointed as I recently moved here and everyone has been so nice it felt like I’m in another country but this guy… extremely noticeable because of the poor attitude! I will not be recommending this dealership just because of this guy. I hope you find a better representation of your dealership.

Took my vehicle in for warranty work. As near as I can tell it was done correctly. However the customer service was severely lacking. Asked about a loaner and they said Ford took them back during the chip shortage and they didn't have any. I asked what we could do since I needed a vehicle. The guy just sat there and looked at his computer screen. Absolutely no inclination to find a solution. If it was not a warranty repair, I would not expect a loaner. If I didn't need to maintain the warranty, I would definitely take it somewhere else strictly on a customer service standpoint. Luckily it ended up where it was in the shop while I was on vacation so I was able to avoid borrowing a car or renting one at my own expense.

Excellent service and customer service is outstanding as well. They do what is asked and will let you know if there are any issues you need to have done!

I took my car here to get a body control P l module replaced and because I'm a girl they completely screwed me and had me pay 3,000 for OTHER parts that they said was the problem so instead of listening to me and fixing my car they completely screwed me over so now I am out 3,000 and my car is still broke down. I would NEVER recommend taking your vehicle here ESPECIALLY if you are a girl. They treated me like I have no clue what I was talking about even though I work in the TOOLING INDUSTRY and knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my car. So now Because this IS a programmable part I HAVE to take this to a Ford dealership and they know this. So now I am hauling my car to springfield to be taken care of and not screwed over. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ON EVERYTHING.

Service had my truck for 2+ weeks to modify the back lights after I swapped over to a flatbed. About $300. I got it home and it wasn't right. Took it back and after they got it right, they wanted another $300.
