I have always had great service and great results from Randall's. They always get me right in, and the prices are always very fair and honest. They do only what you ask them to do, but are quick to point out if there is more that needs done or what to watch for in the future. I have trusted them with all of our vehicles for several years now and I will continue to use them in the future!

Got my car inspected. Car failed had them fix it while I sat there and waited. After the inspection I got in my car and I gaged on the smell of cigarette smoke. They also smoke inside the waiting room area with customers. The car went back in to fix the part and it was bad I'm sure and was better when I got it but during the process they were done after 45 min when I was told 2hrs of course they charged 2hrs no worries I get that charge the 2hrs but if your done in 45 min charge the 2hrs but don't make me wait another 1hr 30 min after your done thanks for fixing my car I used to come to this shop often 6 years ago then moved and came back first time getting work done since then really went down hill. My opinion But seriously the smoking is a tad much in the waiting area plus it stank lol open the windows .

Took my car here couple times and everytime they didn't fix the problem. Even got it back with a new proble..Did stuff I didn't ask for them to instead of what I asked to be don't. Then got told 3 different prices for this same thing. Ranging from $140 all the way to over $250. Dont recommend at all

First of all, I brought my car here because of the reviews and the tow company had recommended them. I never spoke to a mechanic, it was always the lady at the front desk, giving me answers after she had asked the mechanic. I had asked them to help me with my car due to it not wanting to move in drive or reverse. They replaced the output speed sensor, reasonably priced but it did not fix the problem. I asked lots of questions and they were insistent it was the transmission, but like I said, all the information was 3rd party from the woman at the desk. I felt like I wasn't really helped. Then when I had my car towed back home it was in worse condition than when I had dropped it off. Now it the battery is dead. No one at the shop informed me that they supposedly had to jump the car. But when I had taken it to them the car would start and idle just fine. I called to try to find out why the battery was dead, but the woman could not remember that they had to jump start it until she had to ask the mechanic, then she says she just forgot to tell me it was a problem when they received it. So needless to say, I am frustrated.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
