I searched for a decent used Toyota for months before I started working with Dakota. He was super communicative and friendly over email so I made a 1.5 hour drive to buy a car from him. Dakota made the test drive and purchase process easy, and I would definitely work with him again in the future!

I went here to change oil, rotate tires and have my van inspected for license renewal. They rejected the inspection since I needed tires. They left me with the impression I need to replace the front tires.
I don't like the idea of not having same tires all around but I decided for this time I'll get two used tires and replace them all next time.
I went back to get it reinspected. After sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting they finally came to me and told me I needed two more tires and the wipers need to be replaced. ?? Why was I not explicitly shown by the inspection report what needs to be done? It was there, I have to admit, but written in abbreviation and not totally plain. It would be SOO much better to show the customer exactly what is on the report so they know what it says and can refer back to it without having to decipher hieroglyphics.
By the time I got the other tires installed it was too late that day to reinspect so I had to mess up another day at work to get it done, and yes, I sat and waited and waited and waited for it to get done ?♂️. I hate to always ask for a ride while they work on my vehicle but I know to do that next time.
But hey! They installed my new license plates free of charge! Yay! ??
The only reason I come back here is that my van is Toyota and they are Toyota people. I would really prefer to be driving a Ford ?

We met with Jacob Lybarger, who took the time to listen to our needs and match us with an appropriate vehicle at a good price point. Kendall Ciccone assisted with financing the vehicle, was friendly and thorough. All in all, the transaction was smooth and seamless and our overall experience was positive. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through McCarthy with Jacob Lybarger’s help in the past two years. McCarthy will always be our first choice!

Took my new to me used Tacoma in for an oil change and had a great first-time experience with the service department and service advisor David Gamber had the mechanics find other issues that needed to be addressed which I got taken care of. The waiting room is very relaxing and clean.

I had the best experience with this dealership from the time I called them after hours, and they called me back after hours to the time I walked out of the door with the car. I want to give a big shout out to Wayne, Silver, Richard, and Brian they were very helpful in the whole process. Wayne called me after hours and talked to me and called me the next day like he said he would, Richard thoroughly explained everything about the car which was super helpful, Silver was great getting back with me and answering questions, and Brian was great with the finance department. It was quick, easy and fast. It was worth the hour and a half drive out there.
