I was beyond impressed with McCarthy Toyota! Jacob my salesperson was professional from the beginning of the transaction. I live 3 hrs away and had very little time to spend at the dealership. He kept me informed through the whole process, respecting me and my time. Robert breezed me through the financing information. Once I was at the dealership everyone in the process was amazing! Dane and Kendall had everything ready to go. I was in and out in the blink of the eye. I absolutely love my new ride!

Richard My Salesman here at McCarthy Toyota of Sedalia is one heck of a Salesman he was kind , smart, fun and very understanding, pleasant and did all the right things I can honestly say HE WAS THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR TO BUYA NEW CAR THE NICEST GUY EVER DID A SUPER JOB!!!! Make sure that you mark your wheels/tires before rotating the tires. They claimed to rotate your tires but they did not.

Horrible customer service. I will not be back. I was told my car is almost done and I can wait in the waiting room for a bit - a bit has now lasted two hours.... For an oil change? Really?
