Took my truck in of Friday 4/12/24 to get my rear tires balanced. I told the lady up front and the manager that I only wanted my rear tires balanced. When I picked the truck up it was making a noise, I found that the rear wheels were not cleaned before the weights were stuck on so the weights was coming off and hitting the calipers. I took the truck right back to them where the technician lied straight to my face about cleaning them. After pulling my truck in and redoing them I left and still had a noise. I went right back to them and found that they balanced my front tires as well and all the weights were put on incorrectly and hitting the calipers. They pulled my truck in once again to redo the fronts that were balanced just fine when I took it there. After leaving for the 3rd time I had a bad vibration in the front just find out that all they did was took the weights off and put the tires back on. I drove 35 miles back to them on Saturday morning and finally got the issue resolved after wasting over 3 hours of my time and an extra 70 miles of driving. I had 2 different technicians get out of my truck with half burnt cigs hanging out of there mouth I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Jim's Express Tire and Auto is our go to guaranteed quality mechanic. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest, but it is worth it to pay more and get it done right. We had an issue with our minivan's a/c system. We had taken it to over 7 mechanics whom attempted to fix it with it quickly failing (and we still had to pay.) The last shop quoted us $1,800 to repair it. Jim's resolved the issue and it has worked great since. We even live in Warrensburg.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We took our truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 9:00am, they told me they were 10 minutes behind. We went to get breakfast, two hours later they hadn't even put the truck in. We decided to wait, an hour later they told us that it was ready. As we started driving the truck we noticed a noise, something was not right with the tires. We went down to check and the studs on two tires were completely loose! The only thing they tell us is that "a new stupid guy" is the one who worked on my truck. Without apologizing or anything! It took them another hour to check what the sound was. It took them more than hour to tell me that the 4x4 was on. I lost my entire day, received insults from the worker.Horrible horrible experience.

I highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone. Two of my kids vehicles were looked at by another well known shop in town and sent on there way saying everything was ok. Chad found the issue, had it fix and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time with reasonable price. This is our go to shop from now on.
