The Hampton Inn Sedalia is a clean, modern, and generally quiet hotel located in a very safe area away from the highway. The rooms are updated, with plenty of white light, comfortable beds, and effective air conditioning. Some rooms feature very good blackout curtains. The property is accessible-friendly, with big hallways, automatic doors, an elevator, and an indoor pool. Guest experiences with the rooms vary. Many find them quiet, clean, and comfortable, though some note occasional issues like a very small closet, electronic blinds that can malfunction, or an ironing board in need of replacement. The staff are noted as very kind, responsive to issues, and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is considered good, offering items like cereal, waffles, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, and hash browns. The unique pink waffles are a highlighted favorite. Some guests feel the breakfast is okay but limited, especially compared to nearby hotels. A common suggestion is for the addition of EV charging stations in the parking lot. The location provides plenty of nearby restaurant options.
Great place to stay. They were fabulous with our dog loved the night crew. And the breakfast was fabulous

Kim was an absolute pleasure!
Edit: Got to my room (early, by the way; they squeezed us in in a pinch - I'm very impressed), and I have double blinds to keep the light out, and, boy, does that A/C KICK!
This might be my favorite hotel I've ever stayed up. Thank you all so much.

The rooms are a decent size, the gym is pretty good for a hotel gym, and they have a decent pool.
