Poor service and the modeling is false advertisement. What happened to the other assistant manager? She was always nice and greeted me with a smile and didn't look constipated. The eating at the register is very gross too!!! I got crumbs on my clothes. I just don't understand how a manager and her admins can allow their store to be ran like that and think it's ok. I was a manager at a bank and never did I allow any of that at me my branch. No one takes value in their jobs anymore and it shows! Anyway, like I said before, the modeling is false advertisement

I love Factory Connection . I'm unusually underweight and Factory Connection is the only place I can get Jean's that truly fit. Love all the clothes and designs. It's definitely my first stop in Sadalia and most of the time the only stop I have to make. And great prices is the best part of all! ??♀️?

Me and husband went in New Years Day to shop for a bit. So clean inside, The 2 ladies that were working very friendly, professional and helpful. We are from out of town so it was nice to get questions we asked answered in a friendly way... 10 out of 10!!! Only thing I would say is the outside in front of door and parking lot was EXTREMELY dangerously slick.. My wheelchair was sliding everywhere along woth my husband..

I used to love this place and buy all my denim here. A woman who works there named Becky also used to be very nice and help me pick my pants right off the rack for me. The last couple times I have visited, she’s become snobby and distant. I’d rather go to Maurices and get better quality materials, even if it’s for a steeper price.

Great customer service. The ladies working helped entertain my daughter so I could shop and try on clothes. As a single mom, that really meant a lot to me!
