“Had the most excellent customer service!!! Changed my phone from AT&T to T-Mobile. It was a very lengthy process due to the AT&T people. Megan took care of everything!!! It was such a relief for two 55+ folks to have her navigate us through the insane AT&T customer service people!!! Megan totally saved the day!! We are very happy with our new phones and watch. The T-Mobile experience exceeded everything we expected!!
