Store had one cashier, who was friendly, helpful, however, only one check out and a line of customers wanting to make their purchases and go had to stand and wait, as self check out was not working.
Store was cluttered.

Manager is awful. Rude. Wouldn't give me my money back for something I had purchased in store, the coupon didn't work so I no longer wanted the product. She refused my money back and offers a gift card. That's WRONG , NOT company policy! I went to the other DG up the road they refunded my money immediately with the cash I paid!!! With no attitude!! I'm never returning to this location. Dirty store . Rude service! Didn't get the "managers name but on my receipt it said "SCO" some one need to REtrain her. She sucks at her position.

I always like DG but a store employee whom I'd never seen before was just so pleasant. She didn't act at all annoyed that I had to get in her way. All people who work with the public she be as kind.
