They helped me find the items that I was looking for if they did not have it in their store.They directed me to the closest store neer me where I found exactly what I was looking for. At the store in Lee Summitt Missouri the customer service was equally as good. The prices were great at both stores and the employees helped me load the items that I purchased. Thank you

“Went in between the hours of 1pm and again at 4pm. The entire staff that was working at that time was most helpful, I , with my 5 year old autistic grandson in tow. They were pleasant and courteous with his outburst and were patient as I was trying to deesculate the situation at check out. Very good people. Thank you so much.”
“Sixty years ago my mother would take me to the J C Penny in Jeffersonville, Indiana and she would buy me a pair of shoes, three pairs of pants and three shirts for school. No matter how much I grew during the school year, three mix and match outfits lasted through the school year. The J C Penny in Sedalia is a very well stocked and a very neat store with a very helpful staff. I enjoy taking my wife shopping here.”

“Thus one of my favorite clothing stores to go to. There is just a variety of styles. I was looking for a fancy just jump suit for a wedding. I couldn't find one. I had the best staff person to help me. We got on Kohl's online site and she helped me all the way through to the buying process of it. Her name was Elizabeth. Kohl's. , you have one great employee. I n my opinion. Thank you so much Elizabeth. PS LOVE THE OUTFIT!!”
