Went there at 2:30 two days In a row and they had doors locked and look at me stupid but it says 24 hr.... some people get off work in the morning time. The on on 16th street has just as many people at night but they are still working. I have to waste more gas to head out that way. If they can't do there job fire um. I posted this a over a month ago and they still closing and google says 24hr.

Went in with family. Expected the normal Casey's atmosphere. What I got was listening to employees complain about each other, and a nasty store that stinks. There was blonde hair in a pizza slice I got. Couldn't eat it. Wanted to puke. The woman in the kitchen had a very bad attitude. Would not stop raising her voice or rolling her eyes. The woman behind the counter was very condescending and hateful towards my family. Will not be returning.

I do not support this store in the slightest. I made an order At the wrong time by mistake. Corrected it and they cancelled the order at 2 pm. I get attitude from most employees. I normally go in, in the morning times before work (8-8:30 a.m), now I'm finding myself going to break time because this Casey's sucks. Stood in the line only to hear yelling and screaming from three of the employees. It is not a good environment I want to be in or have my son in when he is with me. I do not recommend this store. Morning staff is atrocious. They need to clean house and get people in who have better attitudes and know what they are doing.

I don't do reviews but I feel this store needs some major coaching. I go in the store in the morning at 4:30 am. No food what so ever prepared. Most the time outside smoking. People loitering outside smoking with staff. Go back at noon for lunch. Pizza is really old. No wraps or cold sandwiches prepared. Employees loud, cussing, eating behind counter while waiting on customer's. Just flat out a train wreck of a store. This is my first review and was my last trip at this particular store. Casey's take control of your store PLEASE.

You could sense the hostility in the air today. I am not saying that people are not entitled to bad days, but the woman who came in for shift change was rude. She threw the bag at my brother. She used bass in her voice. She did not communicate well, what so ever. She trash talked other employees. Gave my brother 20 cents less then she should have and when he asked for the receipt she got mad at him. Will not be returning. Asked for her name and she didn't want to give it out. Name on the tag was Denise.

I wish it could be 0 stars I’ve never bit into something more disgusting in my life. The Casey’s in Sedalia mo 1601 east Broadway sold me donuts so old that the cream in the middle was CURDLED! ?? Soured and chunky, most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. THANKS CASEYS.

The employee's personal hygiene is absolutely terrible. Food in the warmers is ALWAYS sitting out hours past its prime. The store is filthy, bathrooms filthy, employees are filthy. Employees are always smoking right in front of the doors. It could be a really nice store if managed correctly and standards for employees were held higher.

The last time I visited this Caseys I was very disappointed the store was a mess trash on the floor out in front of Donut case. And different parts of the store.The bathroom wasn't very clean at all. Toilet look like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, no paper towels, sink wasn't very clean either.It looked awful all can say it is the worst Caseys I've been in recently. The worker behind the counter was eating a piece of pizza. There was new items that had came in off the truck that need to be put away. It looked like there had to be 4 to 5 people working that day. I know that times are hard this days and a lot of people are short staffed but this by far I believe is the worst Caseys. I visited this Caseys 3 or 4 years back and I don't remember it being this bad. I hope this improves.
