I had an appointment at 1pm. Sat there for 2 hours while I watched people come in as walk ins and got their cars in fast Me sitting thinking they had been working on mine since 1pm. I went and asked about my car at 3:17pm and was told without an explanation or apology that they haven’t even got my car in. Worst customer. Can’t believe I sat on my ass for 2 hours and 17 minutes without them even touching my car. Will never go back there.

The worst oil change. Terrible job there's not kind people you must wait for more than 2 hours only to see how the oil spilled all around, they can ruin an engine easily, they don't have any idea how change oil . Think before go to this place.

As a customer of a couple of years, this is an incredible crew that shows resilience even in the worst of times. I would trust them to work on my car every time. Because even at the worst they still do their best, and make it right even when it is wrong.
This store seems to have overcome a lot of adversity that was brought upon them from the previous management group. So I applaud them.

Every time i have been to big O tires in sedaila mo i have had a great experience jennifer smith and Dominic have been the best help so now when i go in i always go to one of them thank you Jennifer Smith (customer service administrator) and Dominic from the shop you guys rock those two need a raise they go above and beyond for there customers

I really appreciate the great customer service at Big O Tires. They got me in on a busy Saturday when I was in Sedalia for the day and a tire pressure warning light came on. Shout out to Dane and Cody for their excellent help.

The brakes on my truck gave way while I was in Sedalia at a sheep sale. We were supposed to be hauling our livestock back to the east coast. I called Big O Saturday morning and explained my situation. They got me in as soon as the tow truck arrived and had the truck repaired by noon. Plenty of time to get us on the road. The employees at this business were top notch and I can't thank them enough!! I will recommend this place to my friends.

Had appointment. Appointment times not kept. Paid for ac recharge because was told it was done. Another mechanic came into lobby and stated our truck hadn't been done. We went out and checked and no it hadn't been done. Felt it was very disorganized and they didn't communicate with each other. Young kids that don't have a clue appear to be the mechanics. Overpriced for poor quality of work. On a positive note Josh w went above and beyond to rectify the horrible experience we had. Also,( I believe it was the manager) seemed to be the only mechanic that knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, we won't be back. We were given 2 free oil changes but don't feel confident enough in their abilities to even cash in on that.2 updates. I gave my daughter the free oil change. They stripped the oil pan so next oil change caused alot of money to fix issue they created3rd update my daughter got her car aligned there after getting new tires and some front end work done somewhere else. Why she took it back here idk. She had a blow out on her tires and the tires were under warranty. Weavers in versailles wouldn't honor the warranty as they stated it was due to a bad alignment. Of course big ole tire did the alignment. Now she has to get alignment redone as well as buy a new tire. If big ole tire disagrees I will followup with the letter from weavers stating this.Services: Air conditioning
