Ok look I know you don’t get customer service like we did years ago but dang. So a young girl with dark black hair and glasses ( name tag covered with a jacket) never acknowledged me although I was only person in store. She never spoke, never smiled, never thanked me. She literally just dropped her cell phone when I asked for her to ring something up, and as soon as she was done went back to her cell phone. Going to head to O’Reillys now and see if they have better service. Sad ?

I ordered a part and paid for it ... was gonna be bout 5 days to receive... that was good ... when that day got here the part was not ordered and then told I had to send in mine first ... well that is not what I was told on phone and come to find out I had to send mine in first ... if that was case why did I pay a core charge ... then when I asked for money back it was gonna be 3 to 5 days ... hmm didn't seem fair to me ... just disappointed

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the team at the Sedalia, MO location. My husband had lost his phone while traveling, someone found it and took it to the AutoZone location in Sedalia, MO. When I called it, to my surprise and great relief, David answered it and informed me that it had been brought there by someone else. David then told me that they would be happy to send it to us since we live out of state. I was surprised by this gesture and offered to take care of the charges, but he said not to worry about it, that they were happy to be able to help. I called to confirm the shipment and Mike was so nice to check and informed me that it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive in a couple of days I called back and spoke with Levi who told me that he would see what he could find out since David wasn't at work. I called back yet again and spoke with David who informed me that there was a mix-up and the package had been sent back, but that he was getting it resent immediately. This resulted in us receiving the package the next day. ** I just want to say that these gentlemen never once made me feel like I was getting on their nerves or bothering them for calling so many times. They always treated me with the utmost of respect and concern. I know that if they treated an "on the phone" stranger with such kindness, I know that they are treating the customers that they see face-to-face with the same respect, care, concern and kindness. David, Mike and Levi make an AWESOME TEAM!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!! **

Had a great experience with the Sedalia, MO Auto Zone. After getting the wrong part at a Kansas City, MO Auto Zone, Sedalia helped figure out the correct part and make it right! Our specialist “Todd, David Warren” (name on the receipt) was very knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend Auto Zone in Sedalia!

Had a great experience here! All of my charger ports quit working in my car and the manager was quick to help me figure out the fuses and get me what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful and store was clean and easy to find things In.

Dangerous
I went in to get some fuel injection hose. The staff tried to sell me low pressure fuel line. When I called it out they looked confused.
They weren’t unpleasant or rude, they were genuinely confused that there was a difference between low pressure fuel hose and fuel injection hose.
Electronic fuel injection runs at a much higher pressure, and using low pressure line is very dangerous. These companies spend a lot of money to convince people that the employees are pros and really know what they’re doing. In this case if you believed that, or you didn’t know to carefully check, you’d end up spraying fuel all over your hot engine.
Autozone needs to ensure their employees understand what they are selling, or someone is going to get hurt or killed.

If you need Auto parts and you want them cheap, quality and you want top quality service come to AutoZone!! I got a set of brake pads and rotors it was only $197!! and the lady Ms AJ she is top quality customer service! let me tell you she even came outside and checked my brakes out, to make sure that indeed was the issue and yep I need a brake pads and rotors!!
You won't find any TOP service like at AutoZone and then this young man I didn't catch his name but he also carried my parts out to the car Ms AJ was going to but he didn't instead! TEAM WORK!! And they are so nice to the customers they are family orientated THANK YOU MS AJ!!!!!
