Worst company around. Rude and honestly have no clue what they are talking about. They would rather try to con you out of your vehicle then fix it. Told me that I would have to pay a couple grand to get my truck fixed and within 3 days of me having it back I had it up and running like a champ. Only decent company around this area has to be Midwest , nicest guys I have ever met.

They said my charger isn’t fixable that it had electrical problems and also engine problems, yes it had engine problems but they said it’ll cost me well over a couple grand to fix. They said they put a new battery in to make sure it wasn’t just the battery and said that it’s not the battery it’s electrical problems but guess what, spent $200, shot the water out of my engine, got the rest of the water out, changed the oil and oil filter, charged up the battery and cranked her up and fired right up. smh, they offered me $500 for my charger. this company is sad. but i do thank them for not charging me a lot fee

These days it is so hard to find honest auto repair that is not in it to milk every customer. I found myself and wife in a very bad situation miles from home, not knowing anyone and Twin Cities not only came to my rescue but they went above and beyond. Dustin knew I was in a jam and could easily have take huge advantage of me but instead he became a guy that his grandfather (The founder) would have been proud of. I had no choice who to go with. Asked someone I met at a auto store in a near by town if he knew this place and he said he knew of the grandfather and had very good things to say about his honesty. He said the grandfather had past away but he thought his kids and grandkids were running the place as he did. He could not have been more right.

I used their towing service and diesel repair. I have been ripped off by many but they were the opposite. Their work was professional and well done. More than anything they did NOT take advantage of me being in a very bad situation without a lot of choices. I believe that says a lot and I had heard from others that the grandfather that started the business ran it that way and taught his children and grandchildren to do the same. Thank you to Dustin and the rest of the crew at Twin Cities Auto and Towing.
