“We had a complicated situation with a 53' trailer whose cross members broke and was refused by the receiver. There were a lot of moving parts with the receiver, customer, driver, and broker all involved, and the freight needed to be transloaded and redelivered.
Dustin arrived on-site within the hour, but because the driver abandoned the trailer another tow company had already been called. Despite the confusion, Dustin was understanding and didn’t charge us for the misunderstanding. Later, when the other company couldn’t complete the transload (they didn’t have the right forklift), Dustin stepped in, recovered the trailer, handled the transload, and redelivered.
Even when the first delivery attempt failed due to a broker scheduling error, Dustin stayed patient, communicated clearly, and kept a positive attitude. He redelivered again, working from 9 AM to 3 PM to get it done. The entire ordeal stretched over a week and a half, and throughout it all, Dustin remained professional, reliable, and helpful.
