Shelves are semi- stocked. Store is bright and well lit. Management is on one. While browsing for a work snack I was asked "what are you looking for" in a snotty tone. Very off put and unprofessional. Karen needs to learn "anything I can do to help you?" OR "can I help you find something?" Also a simple hello at 9am would be nice as well. People skills. They are absent a lot these days and it's sad.

Shelves are often barren but inventory is always sitting on carts. I feel like there aren't enough employees here to keep up with store operations. Employees are always working hard. Just too much to do.And a self-serve checkout isn't going to fix it.

Well they never have enough people to work the register so they got a self checkout but it's never open

Hateful rude disrespectful people Use a different store in Savannah. The manager Mary is disrespectful Makes customers feel small and invaluable. It's not our fault you run out of product and by the way open up the restrooms restrooms they are customers

Let me know when the store decides to start letting the customers use the restrooms again, I will return. Until then I cannot, I have a kidney disease and cannot be too far from a restroom. On a typical week I would spend $100-$150 per week on household goods and random other things, I am unable to do that now. I’m pretty certain when my grandfather, Joe Campbell, owned this store he wouldn’t have wanted to lose customers business for something so ridiculous.
