They have amazing customer service. Normal checks up don't take long at all. I've trusted them with multiple surgeries and teeth cleaning. multiple doctors to fit needs.

We have had several cats and dogs over the years and have taken them all here for everything from routine check ups to minor problems to end of life services. We have always felt Dr Grebel has listened to our concerns and provided the best guidance with alternatives for us to consider. Our experiences with the staff have been positive and we find them to be sincere and compassionate.

Love this place! We have been going there for 8 years, ever since my puppy was 9 weeks old. She has had several health issues and Dr St John and Dr Cole have helped us through each incident with care/concern and professionalism. They staff are helpful and responsive. I trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else! In fact I recommended them to my kids, when they became dog parents. Our human and dog family love their care!!!

My dog has been going here for about 4 years now. The staff is amazing! They spend time on the phone with you despite always being super busy and they genuinely care for you and your pets. Sadly, my dog is in her final weeks of life on this Earth and Dr. Cole and the girls in the office (especially Kim) have been so incredibly kind and empathetic. It's my first time having to make this difficult decision on my own and they have been so patient with me and my sometimes excessive phone calls. I can't even imagine getting another pet anytime soon as my heart is breaking but if/when I do, this will definitely be their vets office.

I can't say enough nice things about the doctors and staff here. They take care of you and your pets with compassion and understanding. The docs explain everything to you so you have a clear understanding of what's going on with your pet. I have made several referrals.

We started seeing Dr. Cole about 2 years ago. She and everyone at the clinic have gone above and beyond to help us take care of our dogs, especially as they've reached their senior years. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. They are also less expensive than our prior vet which is always a plus. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

Dr. St John is a great vet and preformed a procedure on my 15 year old yorkie that healed great! I was so happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend him.

We just started taking our dog here and couldn't be happier. Our first experience here was getting our dog spayed, and they took great care of her. Their prices are better than where we used to go, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is also relatively low-key (as opposed to a larger office with more animals/noise). Looking forward to taking our pup here for all her healthcare needs.

Wow! Very impressed with the staff here. They were able to squeeze me in last minute shots for boarding the same day. Extremely helpful and Beau did the best he has ever done in a Vet clinic(since he is dog aggressive). Prompt and succinct. Heather and Dr. Cole were absolutely incredible. I have found Beau's forever vet. Thanks guys.

The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Cole has taken care of my dogs since they were pups. Every time we add a new guy to the pack, this is the first place I call. Always able to work an appointment in quickly, always on time, and always trying to save me money one way or the other. You pay a little more for an office visit here, but it pays off with the knowledge and professionalism they have. Wouldn't even dream of taking my fuzzy babies any where else.
