Have been there about 3-4 times now trying to stretch out a shoe and they have been patiently working to get the fit to an acceptable level for me! Very fair prices. Great customer service. They always have the work done earlier than I expect and always call me asap.

Brought my guitar case in for a broken handle they did a fantastic job with the repair and it was done unbelievable quick.

I brought in a mini bag to see if a zipper can be repaired. They explained why the zipper wasn't working properly and helped with a quick fix (and didn't charge). Very friendly service. I'll definitely be back if I ever need a shoe or zipper repair.
