“Great customer service, absolutely great! I needed to get a prescription for pain filled for my dog who is suffering from arthritis as well as kidney stones. Having tried other pharmacies first, I went to The Medicine Shoppe. They did not have the medicine there so I headed out to find another pharmacy. That was when the owner, Melissa, stopped me and said that she thought the Chesterfield location might have the meds. Melissa was right, she called and confirmed that Chesterfield had the meds, then she drove to Chesterfield, which is like a 45 minute drive, got the prescription filled and delivered to my house that same evening. I doubted any other pharmacy would do anything like that. I will use the Medicine Shoppe from now on.”

“I work at an animal shelter and foster neonatal kittens and puppies. When my foster kittens were diagnosed with campylobacter Neels was able to make the very specific medication they needed in less than 24 hours! Neonatal kittens can decline fast and I don’t think we would have been able to find this medicine anywhere else in such a short amount of time.
