Unless you want to be dealing with state inspections a month after you buy a car, or resigning paperwork two days after you drive off the lot, just don’t. There’s also extended warranties you sign for then find out weeks later you don’t have said warranty because the car lot neglected to complete the paperwork and won’t return phone calls … that’s my favorite.I’m giving it an extra star because the sales guy was kinda cool and it’s not his fault the finance department is a joke

I want to share my auto purchase experience with the world. I live in St. Louis City. There are over a 100 car dealerships surrounding me within a 20 mile radius. But Frank Leta is the only dealership that had what I wanted. So, I chose to bypass all the others and go straight to Frank Leta Certified Pre-Owned Dealership.After I pulled into the parking lot and walked a few feet toward the car I’d searched for online, I was met with a warm greeting from the 1st salesperson as I walked up. (L.A.). Long story short… my sales guy named L.A., was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying, but more importantly he was well knowledgeable about the Sales-to-Purchase process.L.A. is down-to-earth, easy to talk to and talk with. He’s a great listener. He’d focus on details that I was giving him, that interest me. Even during credit-check time (which only took just a couple minutes), as I was nervously waiting on the answer because I knew my credit score wasn’t the best. But L.A. kept the same energy. He was just cool. The rest of the Leta team were awesome also. In fact, their whole team had this calm energy going on. Right then, I felt like, Somehow I got the specific distinct pleasure in knowing that the Leta sales team, from my 1st guy, to the manager, to the finance guy, and everyone in between, all, genuinely wanted me to have the car I really wanted and not leave the store empty-handed. There was no pressure talk from these guys at all. Just nice clean straight talk. I loved that! It was scary for moment, I really thought I was dreaming for a second. I thought to myself, “These guys can’t be this nice with the sales skills, Can they?” But oh, Yes They Can, because now I am the proud owner of a very clean 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L Touring SUV at a great price. I’m very happy with my purchase!Every Leta team member I shook hands with gave me the warmest greetings, very hospitable, and very cordial. Communication and ghosting by the sales person was an issue. When I texted about the finance department running a credit report without my permission, I got no response. Paperwork was done incorrectly, which delayed the purchase, and Alyssa claimed that the finance office could take care of working with the credit union. I had to repeatedly call finance. However, I was the one who was sending the receiving paperwork. Many excuses were made over the course of the weeks to buy the car.I cannot recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family based on my experience.

Will tell you lots of things about the service and amenities, just for the "policy" to change and you get stuck with the bag. Do yourself a favor, avoid deals hips entirely, they will tell you what you want to hear and then "change the policy"

I purchased a used Ford f150 and Chris was awesome, he explained everything and wasn't pushy about buying it, also Adam in finance was awesome too. This is a great place to go and purchase a used vehicle from.

Great experience here. My salesman, Jared, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I walked in not knowing. The customer service was top notch all around and I’ll definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.

My husband and I went in thinking we wouldn’t be able to walk out with a new car, but Alyssa and her team made it possible! We were supposed to go to the Bridgeton location, but ended up at this one and I’m glad we did. Alyssa was very personable and amazing to work with.

Was interested in seeing a Mazda CX5 that was priced suspiciously low and emailed the salesman who responded at 9:45 am that it was available. Magically when I got there at 11 am it had been sold, but of course they tried to sell me something else on the lot! Pretty much the definition of bait and switch.

We received excellent service from Alyssa Bopp at Frank Leta Acura for a recent SUV purchase for my daughter. Alyssa was very proactive, engaged and offered over the top customer service. She is an excellent communicator and followed up promptly with every text or call throughout the process. She even went above and beyond and had a bow ready on the car when we arrived. She is what customer service should represent and a rarity in the current business world. The entire staff we worked with during this transaction was wonderful as well.

We needed a preowned car quickly for our daughter and I wanted the MDX that I had been leasing to go through the certification process as part of my purchase. Corey Culleton was a pleasure to work with. He helped us navigate through the whole process seamlessly. We didn’t think that we would be able to take our daughter’s car with us that day due to a sensor that needed looked at. He did a little research, approached the service staff and had the issue fixed in moments. We will definitely seek out Corey the next time we need a vehicle.

Yet again i have had a wonderful experience with Evan at Frank Leta. This is the second time we have gone to Frank Leta and have had Evan help us find our perfect vehicle. He has went above and beyond for us each time. He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and he just knows what will be perfect for you. I had a great experience buying my car here!! The whole staff was so kind and made it an overall great experience!!! I was mainly helped by Corey, Evan, and Birty, and they were all so helpful and explained everything to me so well. They informed me everything, but didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t want and were very understanding when it took me awhile to get my insurance all set. I knew nothing about the process of purchasing a car, and they were all so great in helping me figure it out step by step. I’m very happy that I ended up at this dealership!

I worked with Evan Huskey in sales and I could not recommend him enough. As a younger female walking into a dealership alone the experience can be intimidating if you don’t know anyone on the sales team. Evan was very approachable and easy to talk to. He showed vehicle I wanted to look at without pushing me to look at anything else above the price point I wanted to stay at. When looking over the car he was very knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle and features that it had. Pointed out any flaws he saw before I had the chance to notice them and reassured me that what could be fixed would be before I took it home. During any downtime while waiting on the finance office he made casual conversation with me instead of wondering off and leaving me by myself. A lot of people overlook the “younger” salesmen in these environments because they think they don’t have the experience but that was absolutely not the case with Evan. He made me feel listened to, comfortable, and gave me all of the facts/date needed in order to make a knowledgeable and educated purchase. Overall the entire experience was amazing and I would 100% go back just to work with him directly in the future.
