We purchased our car back in October of 2023. Never had any issues and sales guy Mr McGeorge was great and he explained how buying a certified car was the best of used cars. Not even a year into owning the car and using the AC for the first time does it go out. I called the delaership and emailed my sales guy several times with no response. Finally got a hold of someone and asked for a manager. I was told to bring it up after telling them the situation. My sales guy was no longer with the company I found out as well. They seemed so be friendly and willing to take care of this issue as the car was only 7 months old. Do the right thing? BOY WAS I WRONG!!! They asked for a name of the person I talked to which I did not get. They said they would meet halfway . Again when I showed up to check on car this was thrown out and they wanted a full payment! I am so disappointed in this dealership! First and Last purchase from Frank Leta dealerships. First time to use my AC and it's broken compressor. I GUESS THE CERTIFIED CHECK WAS A COVER UP?? I WILL CONTINUE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW OF THE POOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND HOW THEY TREATED ME WITH MY CERTIFIED CAR. The used car manager said " if we repaired every car with an issue we would be out of business" wow so you sell just bad cars as they would break and you don't do the right thing. I will continue to follow up and share with friends. UPDATE: So Frank Leta did respond to this post. If they do the right thing and fix this cars AC as I have only owned it for 7 months. I will remove this post and update it with them doing the right thing and being a great company. We shall see....UPDATE 6-8-24 I figured....no one has called or even reached out through email. Again this company tries to make it look like they care about the certified cars they sell and the customer but here is 100% proof they don't. I will keep updating on there failure. UPDATE 6-10-24 Again this company continues to fail! No one has reached out. This is a company no one should do business with. UPDATE : 6-13-24 Again no phone call, email or text to help the customer out that they sold a car with a bad AC. I will continue to update so people know this is a very bad company. UPDATE 6-29-2024 The dealership has never called or tried to help in anyway. Again do not buy certified car from Frank Leta. They do not back there cars and they sell broken cars period. Horrible business.UPDATE 7-2-2024 I will continue to update this horrible business. I repeat do not buy a certified car from them! First time using our air condition in the car and it was broken . They wanted to charge $2500 to repair their certified vehicle. Be carefully and have the car they are selling check out even if they say they certified it as they do not. Bad business to work with. Walk away! UPDATE 7.22.24 Had my AC compressor replace by family for just the part cosing me $250 dollars. This dealership tried to charge me $2700 for this rapid that they should of covered 100% SHAME ON THEM FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE . Pre certified from Frank Leta means they sell crap they don't stand behind! I'm very disappointed on how they treated me as this car was brand new to us and the first time we used the AC owning to find it didn't work! I will never do business with this company again and will post this on all my social media accounts. SHAME ON FRANK LETA!

I really wanted to like this used car dealership. Unfortunately, they acted like stereotypical used-car salesmen.
THE GOOD:
-The initial contact was great.
-I was able to set up my appointment online which was very convenient.
-The gentleman in the finance dept was easy to work with and very informative.
THE BAD:
- I trusted the salesman when he said, "We continue to take care of the client even AFTER the sale is made."
-Once they knew what I needed my monthly payment to be and that I was in kind of a hurry to purchase a vehicle, my chance of negotiating a better deal was lost.
-The vehicle had over a dozen Dents (one on the roof is the size of a softball) and smelled like cigarette smoke. Plus it had a few cigarette burn marks in the interior.
-Because of the dents and the smell and the fact that it had no backup camera, I asked for a lower price.
- They stated they could not come down in price due to how much they put into it.....including $300 to replace the front windshield.
-Then they used the Carfax to prove the vehicles value so they didn't have to use KBB and factor in things like dents, burn marks and having no backup camera.
-On the drive home I noticed there was a spot in the driver's view of the windshield and when I got home I realized that it was actually a chip.
-After further inspection there are multiple chips and 2 cracks in the windshield….the one they said that they replaced.
-I immediately contacted the salesman and asked if they could replace this windshield since they told me they had already done so but obviously had not. I got a windshield quote and it was $300, which was right in line with what the dealership said they paid. After 7 emails over a months’ time, they are no longer responding. It's now 2 months later and I'm still waiting to hear what his manager has to say about it.
-Less than 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle the brakes started squealing. But I guess there was enough left on the brake pad for them to give me a clean safety inspection.
-Just before the test drive I pointed out that the battery post was corroded. I didn't check it before purchasing and the vehicle wouldn't start after 7 days so I had to replace the battery cable.
FINALLY
This is one of those situations where a $300 windshield replacement would have allowed me to be okay with the overall experience enough to forget about the other issues on this list and just chalk them up to win-some-lose-some. Instead, now I’m left with a bitter taste and won’t do business there again.

This is a horrible place to go, they’ll sell you a car that make noise and constantly ignore you for weeks without giving you a call back very unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of coming across Jon Kitchen on facebook Thursday night looking at vehicles and as late as it was he responded. We talked passed Midnight until I told him to get some rest.
I really had a good feeling about Jon, I felt his spirit.
My family went to
Frank Leta’s to look at a vehicle and let me tell you I was was astonished as many Car dealers I’ve encountered Jon and Frank Leta’s treated us like Royalties.
If you’re looking for a vehicle you’ll want to get in touch with Jon Kitchen

Called Samir on a Monday to do a trade in. The trade in didn't work out but he didn't stop until we got the absolute best deal with the least amount to pay a month. I highly recommend coming and speaking with Samir. When it's time to purchase another vehicle for myself or my kids I will be coming back.

The greatest car buying experience I've ever had, Will Zibers is a great salesman. He worked hard to get me into my 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Mike the sales manager was great too. Mary Greathouse did a wonderful job with the financing as well. Thanks to everyone.
I will definitely be a repeat customer, Leta for Life!!!!!

Mike Robinson made buying a pre-owned CRV with a trade-in a great experience! He was patient and knowledgeable and was easy to work with. Managers Isaac and Mike were super friendly and Isaac was key in making the purchase happen. Ahmed quickly and thoroughly wrapped the transaction up. Our daughter is so happy to have exactly what she was wanting. Thanks, team, for the great experience! We highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with my 2021 Audi Q3! The whole experience was awesome. Jon Kitchen really helped me find the suv that is the perfect fit. And I got free car washes for life and an incredible maintenance plan. My teen kids were with me and they said “This guy’s legit!” We had so much fun and I feel like the whole team really cares about us and took care of us. Thanks everyone!
