Working with Janette and Beth is a real pleasure! When I have questions about my insurance, Janette provides many options for cost savings and best coverage for my needs. I can get ahold of her anytime of the day, in emergency, and call backs are quick and responsive. Farmers Insurance is represented well with Janette and Beth, her backup. My car was one of the casualties of the recent hail storms in Ofallon, MO. Janette Scott is my agent. I have never received the kind of care and attention from any agent, that Janette has provided. Calls, texts, help getting an adjuster and assistance through each and every step. She has proactively reach out of her own accord several times to ensure that we were getting the proper care when our car was totalled, and making sure we were taken care of like we were the only claim, when actually we were just one of hundreds at least. I cannot say enough!

Janette has helped me for I think about 15 years now? Since I started driving! There is a great reason- she goes out of her way to get to know her clients and genuinely cares. I have had to call her with countless questions and confusions over the years learning all of the responsibilities of adulting - but no matter what it is, she is there to help with advice and guidance- making something as overwhelming as insurance easy to navigate. I am so thankful for her, and am incredibly fortunate to have her as my agent. Can not recommend enough!!!!

They force you to pay your premiums by auto withdraw from your account and I'm not a fan of those types of transactions.

Janette Scott is the best! I had some issues with my previous agent. He was new, and his lack of experience caused me some huge problems with my coverage. I liked Farmers and wanted to stay with the company, but I just wanted a better agent. I for someone with at least 10 years of experience, an office close to me, preferably a female. And that is how I met Janette! What a difference! She found a hole in my homeowners insurance that ended up being a life saver when my roof needed replacing, and she has always been kind, positive and very personable and easy to work with.

I’m so incredibly grateful that she’s handling my insurance! After the Farmers office closed this evening, I was in an accident. I called to leave the police report number on voicemail, and instead ended up with Jannette going way out of her way to make sure my car was safe and I’d get home safely!
